How do I register my business to get started?
Download the app on Android or iOS and sign up your business. You'll be asked to provide your business name, your location on the map including the full address, your phone number, and the name of a contact person. Once you submit your request, our team will review and approve your account. After approval, you can log in and start placing orders.
Where do you currently deliver?
We currently serve businesses in northern Algeria, covering the region from Algiers all the way down to Médéa. That said, any business in Algeria is welcome to sign up, and we'll do our best to accommodate your location.
What payment methods are accepted?
We offer two payment methods: cash on delivery and digital payment. For digital payments, you can use your Edahabia or CIB card. Digital payments are processed once your order is packed and on its way to you, so you can be sure everything is ready before any charge is made.
Will I receive a receipt for my order?
Yes. Upon delivery, you'll receive an email with a printable digital receipt listing the products you purchased, the total amount, our business details, and your customer information. A printed receipt with our stamp can also be handed to you on delivery upon request.
